All orders sent via DHL are insured up to the value of £50.00, we can offer extended insurance at an additional £6.75 per £1000.00 (up to a maximum of £10,000 per consignment).

We offer a Signature Optional service which means any parcel can be delivered and left with out the need for a Signature, if you select this service we can not be held liable for any lost or damaged deliveries.

We are able to provide special deliveries for example a before 9.00 service, Saturday AM, etc, please email or phone for full pricing.

Orders for Gift Vouchers are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Free of Charge.

All orders over £300.00 will be sent free of charge unless they are marked as oversized, then postage will be charged as shown at check out.

Parcels are sent via road and normally arrive in 3-5 days, all parcels are trackable.
