Placing An Order

We only accept card payment if you are shopping from outside of the united kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your national currency.

We only accept the following cards, Access, Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo and Switch/Maestro.

We are unable to accept Electron Visa cards. Regulations stipulate that the customer has to be present when using this type of credit card, please use another option.

For security purposes it is our company policy to despatch orders to the registered cardholders address only.

All our prices include VAT at standard UK rate. Goods remain the property of Pegasus Models until paid for in full. We reserve the right to adjust quantities if necessary, to balance any error in payment. We reserve the right to substitute equivalent goods if supplies become unobtainable.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to be dispatched.

Every effort is made to advertise correct prices, but are subject to change without notice. Should this situation arise we will make contact with the customer and advise accordingly.

Second Hand

All second hand goods are sold in working order unless otherwise stated, unfortunately we do not accept any returns on second hand goods. For postage costs see below (free of charge shipping is not available on second hand goods), exceptionally large models will only be available for collection from Pegasus Models.

Shipping And Handling

All orders are normally dispatched within 48hours (not including weekends or bank holidays).

Minimum order value is £10.00 GBP

All orders over £300 are sent via courier next day free of charge. (UK mainland only)

Small parcels 1st class post recorded delivery @ £2.50

Medium parcels 1st class post recorded delivery @ £4.50

Larger parcels and next day delivery (courier) @ £8.50

For guaranteed next day deliveries please phone your orders through on 01603 419515, all orders must be received before 12:30pm for same day despatch.
As it is sometimes not possible for you to calculate the exact shipping costs, we recomend that unless you are absolutely certain of the cost of the shipping, that you allow us to calculate this for you. Please note it is always our company policy to keep shipping/postage costs to a minimum.
Delivery Schedule

Orders received before 12:30pm (GMT) will normally despatched the same day subject to stock availability.

Back Orders

If your order or part of your order is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be informed by email with anticipated delivery date, at this point you have option to cancel your order if you are not prepared to wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free and we will forward by email total cost of order less VAT.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy (Wrong items sent / damaged goods)
If you receive damaged goods or if wrong items sent then please contact us to let us know what has happened and return the item as soon as possible. We will not dispatch replacements to you with out the incorrectly / damaged sent item being returned to us.
We cannot accept any responsibility for items being returned to us that are lost in the post. It is your responsibility to see that returned goods reach us and in the condition they were sent to you in.
